FOGCZ is working hard to get full details of the Fast Track application by Gibbston Valley Station (GVS).

However, GVS is reluctant to give us a copy of its Fast Track application. It should if it is committed to working with the community by being transparent and open.

This is unlike the cooperation the Malaghans Valley Protect Society received from the developers at their end and as one printed article quoted

"the consortium have stated last week that they may scale things back and talk to the community, and we look forward to that. They have also shared their plans for Coronet Village with us over the weekend which is a good step. It means we now can have a more constructive discussion."

With full details of the Fast Track application given to the community, speculative assessments will be avoided. A constructive discussion can take place.
