Why is GVS reluctant to release a full copy of their Fast Track application and use the ambit of Fast Track to justify their decision?

What details are omitted from their condensed version; which is finally made available to the community?

The condensed version - Gibbston Village Masterplan.

Are the hidden details sensitive and controversial that they will derail GVS aspiration to have a village, if made known to the public?

Why GVS decide to engage the community only when their application is approved for review by an Expert Panel supported by the Environmental Protection Authority? And by that stage, GVS will seek community views on the design not on the fundamentals of what are right and acceptable?

The questions, and many more, get louder when you look at this copy of the FULL Fast Track application by the developer who proposed a housing development (Coronet Peak Village) nearby, at Malaghans.
