Volunteers needed to strengthen the FOGCZ coordination team
Volunteers needed to strengthen the FOGCZ coordination team.
FOGCZ met with Greg Hunt and his team on 6 November 2024 at GVS’s sales office. Read the transcript.
Gibbston Valley Station has summarised the outcome of the meeting too.
Prof Boyle made an assessment of the impact on our Dark Sky Park based on the information provided to him by GVS.
GVS is concerned and sensitive about the views of their Fast Track application in the social media. They wanted such comments removed from their website. Here is an example--
[Postscript :Our view is that an individual can choose how he share his views]
Between now and end November 2024, we will not have a full copy of the GVS Fast Track. application.
With what we have to work on, it is time for FOGCZ to strengthen its coordination team. We need volunteers for:
Website design and maintenance.
Press and Social media communication.
Qualified assessments on all infrastructure information relating to a build of this village.
Over and above, if you can help in anyway, please let us know. It will make a positive difference, even if you are contributing from offsite; thanks to technology. Talk to us, Rose, Q, Jane and Robert at fogczgroup@gmail.com. We can quickly start organising from there.
Please spread this newsletter to anyone and everyone and request them to join FOGCZ.
NO to the Gibbston Valley Fast Track application for a village.
