Not allowed to speak again
QLDC has denied us the right to speak at the Public Forum of the Full QLDC meeting today.
We were denied on 12 December 2024 when the Bill was not passed yet. Now, we are prevented from speaking and giving our views on the Fast Track application by Gibbston Valley Station (GVS) after the Bill has been passed. The refusal is even more glaring now that the details of the Fast Track application is made public.

Instead, QLDC allowed us to speak at its Planning & Strategy meeting on 4 February 2025. However, we were restricted to talk only about the Fast Track Process and not on the GVS application.
Nevertheless, FOGCZ spoke.
Please continue to express your views on our website and on Facebook. Your views matter.
The next Public Forum is on Thursday 20 March 2025 at 1pm. Please consider speaking. If you are not allowed to speak on the GVS application, you can focus on other topics related to Gibbston. If you like some pointers, please let us know at fogczgroup@gmail.com.
